In the 1950s millions of Americans were addicted to "Your Show of Shows." Explore Sid Caeser's complicated life story and some of his most successful performances- his satires of real life events and people as well as his parodies of film genres, theatre, other television shows and even opera.
Instructor: Amy Lezberg, Ph.D. is a consultant in Higher Education for the U.S. Department of State. A contributor to two encyclopedias: American Women Writers and Jewish Women in America, she received her Ph.D. in English from Boston University and has taught English and American Ethnic Literature at Boston area universities.
