About Deborah:

Deborah is a passionate believer in people, purpose and the power of philanthropy.  She has dedicated her career to serving non-profit organizations, or as she likes to say, “for-purpose” organizations. Deborah sees fundraising as a value proposition and a sacred opportunity to align one’s personal values and purpose to help solve humanity’s most pressing problems. 
 She has served 25 years in non-profit leadership, fund raising strategic planning and communications.   She is currently the President/CEO of the Trustbridge Hospice Foundation.
She lives a mission of leadership and service.  She is the Co-founder of Impact the Palm Beaches, which is a collective women’s giving network that funds $100,000 impact grants for area non-profit organizations. Since its inception, it has awarded over $1,700,000 in transformational giving to the local community.
