Event Description:
This FREE event is Saturday, January 5th 9am-12 noon at Old School Square Park. Demo a 30 minute free fitness class (a few offered throughout the morning). Local health, fitness, and beauty companies will be giving out discount coupons, supplement samples, healthy food and snacks to try, health screenings, massage demos, and more.... Face Painting for the kids will be available ($2-$4) but everything else is FREE!!
