Event Description:
Sign up today for Session 4 of the Employment Law Series:

What do Sutton’s Law, the Pareto Principle and Ockham’s Razor have to do with the Fair Labor Standards Act?

If your answer is nothing at all, this workshop is especially for you.  Workshop participants will examine the impact of these principles (yes, we’ll explain them) on an almost 80 year old minimum standards employment statute that is the most litigated civil action in our Federal Courts today.  And, we’ll complete our workshop with a robust discussion of the (now contemplated) changes to the statute’s exemption scheme.
