In 2012, photographer and explorer, Carlton Ward Jr. led a small team through a 100 day, 1000 mile trek -- traveling by kayak, mountain bike, horse and by foot -- from Everglades National Park north to Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge in southern Georgia. The exhibition is the legacy of that journey. Fifty large photographs and maps document the landscape, flora and fauna of Florida’s interior and illustrates the interconnected, natural corridor that needs protection for wildlife and future generations.
