About Dr. David Franklin:
David Franklin brings over three decades of experience in the nonprofit sector to his new role as President and CEO of Alzheimer’s Community Care, Florida’s leading provider of dementia-specific services. With a background in management, fundraising, and community service, David is well-equipped to advance the organization’s mission of providing resources to patients and caregivers coping with Alzheimer’s disease and related neurocognitive disorders.
With personal experience caring for loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s and other neurocognitive disorders, David has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families navigating this difficult journey. He is passionate about Alzheimer’s Community Care’s mission and the opportunity to give compassionate guidance and vital resources to families across Florida.
David’s dedication to community service is evident through his volunteer work with numerous organizations, including Food for the Poor, Family Promise, City House, and Boca Helping Hands. He also served as a Board Member for Thrivent Gives and the Southeast U.S. National Network of Youth Ministries.
