About Julia Murphy -
Julia is a highly regarded social worker, fundraiser, community activist, advocate for social change, and has been committed to building a more equitable future for her entire career. She is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others in diverse communities in Palm Beach County (PBC). She currently serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County (HFHGPBC) with over 15 years? experience in nonprofit management, community organizing, advocacy, program development, and fundraising related to social justice. She received her bachelor?s degree in social work from Florida Atlantic University and a master?s in social work from Barry University. As a senior member of the executive team at Habitat, Julia shapes agency strategy that includes programs such as fundraising and cultivation events, corporate and foundation giving, major gifts, prospect research, and donor stewardship.
