Ergonomics in the Workplace:  A discussion on applying ergonomic principles - the study of the workplace as it relates to the worker - to help prevent work-related pain and improve productivity. Learn how to adapt the workplace to a specific worker, dependent on the job description, required tasks, and physical makeup of the employee performing those tasks.
