We can all communicate, but sometimes we have seen others that do not do an effective job of it.  Many times, others get into hidden agendas, push “emotional” buttons or talk about taboo topics.  Amazingly it is very easy to get it wrong.  With just a little training and awareness, it is very possible to provide the right stimulus and response in almost any conversation to keep it going forward and effective. 
 
In this seminar, you will learn:
  • How to avoid drama at work and home. 
  • Become aware of the terms to use in order to help get your message across more effectively. 
  • Understand what NOT to say and how to improve engagement with everyone around you.
