Let Go and Dance is a journey from your mind to your body that brings you to a space of ecstasy.
Ecstasy is an overwhelming feeling of great happiness or joyful excitement.
We will move through a warm up and move into flowing, conscious movement to more powerful movement and letting go of the thoughts in our heads with high energy dance and finish with soft movement and meditation.
All this while being in the healing, uplifting energy of THE SALT ROOM at the beautiful Soundarya spa in West Palm.
The calming and detoxifying effects of salt room can support the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems. It also acts as an anti-inflammatory.
Come experience the power of MOVEMENT with BREATH in the SALT rooms!
Friday night March 30th at the Soundarya Spa in the Embassy Suites in West Palm Beach, 7.30pm
Please come with light clothing that you can move freely in.
