Name: LPBC Aspire: Leading with Emotional Intelligence
Date: October 18, 2017
Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDT
Event Description:
What kind of impact are you having on your team? Emotional Intelligence is the ability to navigate your own and other’s emotions in your interactions. Studies show that leaders with high emotional intelligence create an empowered and committed team. A leader with low emotional intelligence causes disengagement, dissension and low motivation. Through this highly interactive, stimulating and insight-building workshop participants will learn the 4 factors of Emotional Intelligence and identify opportunities for increased emotional intelligence through a self-assessment. With greater insight, participants will identify strategies to positively direct that awareness to manage their impact for positive and productive relationships.

Join us as Christine Stiller, President of New Horizons Coaching & Consulting, guides the group on how to lead with emotional intelligence.
