Al Adelson

The Berkeley: A New Chapter in West Palm Beach Luxury
Building on the success of The Bristol, developer Al Adelson unveils The Berkeley—a 25-story luxury condominium tower rising along Clear Lake in West Palm Beach. Thoughtfully designed for modern, family-focused living, The Berkeley will offer 193 expansive two- to four-bedroom residences.
Vertically priced from $1.8 to $7 million, the project is aimed at the city’s growing base of high-earning professionals and younger families fueling West Palm’s dynamic evolution.
Echoing The Bristol’s timeless elegance, The Berkeley features a striking wavy façade, dual-sided balconies, and a distinctive “B” motif. Leading firms like Arquitectonica and ESDA are shaping its architecture and landscape design.
Adelson, whose vision transformed The Bristol into a waterfront landmark, now brings that same ambition to The Berkeley—ushering in a refined new era of luxury. Preconstruction sales are underway, with strong early interest already signaling the tower’s impact on the city skyline.
