Event Description:
Soil-less gardening is likely the most basic definition of the revolutionary agricultural process known as aeroponics. Plant roots dangle in the air and are periodically treated with a mist that allows for growth in the most efficient way possible. Aeroponics is being utilized by Florida based AirGrown Systems and the company’s co-founder and president Robert Simmons will discuss the process at the next Science & Technology Committee presentation.
