Gulfstream Goodwill Industries will hold its signature fundraising event, Storage Wars, on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 at Elite Stor in West Palm Beach. Storage Wars is a unique event, which raises both awareness of Gulfstream Goodwill’s mission as well as necessary funds to support its various health and human service programs.
The event will showcase a creative takeover of storage bays transformed by local designers using an array of items found in Goodwill stores. All items will be auctioned to the highest bidders. There will also be a “Goodwill Pop-Up Shop”, which will be selling jewelry, accessories and designer collectibles.
Among the local designers are Trisha Estabrook from Bandon Blue Designs, Jack Fhillips from Jack Fhillips Interior Design, Francisco Rios from Gulfstream Goodwill Industries, Pamela Tatti, and Renée Webley from RAW Design & Consulting, LLC.
The presenting sponsor for the event is Elite Stor. Other sponsors are Valley National Bank, South Florida Fair and Palm Beach County Expositions, Inc., Donald R. Mandich, DataPrint of Palm Beach, Hyvac Mechanical Contractors, Forte Interactive, Inc. and Kenney Property.
Committee members for the event are Jack Fhillips, Renée Webley, Trisha Estabrook, Francisco Rios, Pamela Tatti, Bettye Perrine, Scott Simmons, Stewart Auville and Jackie Hall.
General admission tickets will be sold in advance for 25$ and $35 at the door. This includes two beverage tickets and “lite bites” from area restaurants. VIP tickets will be sold in advance for $50 and $65 at the door. This includes access to the preview party and complimentary wine and beer.
