The Lord's Place Rappelling to End Homeless event offers the public the opportunity to rappel down the front of the historic Comeau Building in Downtown West Palm Beach by raising at least $500 to help The Lord's Place in its mission to break the cycle of homelessness in Palm Beach County. Help The Lord's Place raise it mission to new heights by joining in this "Over the Edge" event staffed by an experience and professional team.  Raise at least $500 from your friends and colleagues and you can join in the fun. Or, accept the Fearless Leader Challenge where employees fundraise together for their fearless leader to join the rappellers.  The public is invited to watch the fun at this free public event in downtown West Palm Beach from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, held adjacent to the West Palm Beach Antique and Flea Market and the West Palm Beach GreenMarket. Fees/Admission:
Free for the public to attend.  To rappel, participants pay a $25 registration fee and raise $500 to benefit The Lord's Place.  Or, employees can have their boss rappel by raising $1,500 to meet the Fearless Leader Challenge.
