Dr. Mark McConn is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. A graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine, Dr. McConn completed his residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in affiliation with SUNY Upstate Medical University. Before medical school, he earned a degree in fermentation sciences at UC Davis and worked as a winemaker in both California and Bordeaux, France. He later served as Chief Medical Officer of a large multispecialty group and went on to launch a successful concierge medical practice. Today, he provides personalized care at UHealth Concierge Medicine at West Palm Beach, where he brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to modern medicine.
Dr. Vassilia Binensztok
Dr. Vassilia Binensztok is a licensed, board-certified mental health counselor and a recognized leader in the field of trauma and anxiety treatment. She is the founder of Juno Counseling and Wellness, a highly regarded private practice in Palm Beach County named among the Best of Palm Beach County and Best of Florida. Dr. Binensztok teaches graduate counseling courses at Northwestern University, mentors the next generation of mental health professionals, and shares trauma recovery insights through a popular Instagram platform. She is also a published academic author and serves as Board Chair for Vita Nova, a nonprofit serving homeless youth, and as a board member for the Pace Center for Girls.
Darcy J. Davis
Darcy J. Davis is President and CEO of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, a nationally recognized public healthcare system that serves as the region’s safety net. With over 30 years of executive-level healthcare experience in both rural and academic medical centers, she has received numerous accolades including South Florida Business Journal’s Power Leader in Healthcare—nine years running. Under her leadership, the District’s behavioral health model has been replicated in 29 counties across Florida. Darcy also serves on the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission and the United Way’s Hunger Relief Advisory Council, making her a key figure in community-focused healthcare access and innovation.
Julia Dattolo
Julia Dattolo is President and CEO of CareerSource Palm Beach County and a champion for workforce development and veteran employment. A retired U.S. Navy Nurse Corps Officer, she served for over two decades as a critical care nurse in both military and civilian healthcare settings. After transitioning to workforce services, she quickly rose through the ranks—building programs for disabled veterans and leading community initiatives. Today, she oversees efforts that align the healthcare industry’s evolving workforce needs with regional training and employment opportunities.
Dr. Jennifer Illes
Dr. Jennifer Illes is Campus President of Keiser University in West Palm Beach and a nationally recognized leader in healthcare education. With a background in chiropractic medicine and advanced clinical practice, she has been instrumental in developing Keiser’s College of Chiropractic Medicine. Dr. Illes began her career treating professional athletes in Canada and later transitioned into higher education, where she now focuses on the intersection of healthcare policy, clinical practice, and academic leadership. She is passionate about shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals through innovation and collaboration.
