Event Description:
Bistro Ten Zero One will host their monthly wine dinner on Wed, Aug. 14th. Chef Chris DeGweck has created an incredible menu highlighting seasonal and local ingredients. Chef Chris DeGweck and Danielle Linscott from RNDC will walk the group through the tasting. Raise your glass and get ready for an evening of great food, fine wine and new connections.

1st Course
Housemade Ravioli with Providence Cattle Grass Fed Beef & locally grown mushrooms
- Paired with Finca el Portillo Pinot Noir 

2nd Course 
Classic “Nicoise” Salad (garden beans, house marinated olives, farm egg, almond dusted tuna)
- Paired with, Finca el Portillo Sauvignon Blanc 

3rd course
Local Day Boat Fish served with golden beet risotto, garden greens, confit baby fennel, gastrique
- Paired with Pacific Rim Chenin Blanc

4th course
Chocolate Gateau, Florida Citrus
