I am the founder of Blackwater Luxury - an exclusive, independent curator and private concierge of many of the world's most iconic luxury watch brands. We specialize in providing our clients with the specific timepieces they desire - either from our hand-picked inventory or sourcing from our global network.

I am originally from Dana Point, California. My wife and I moved to her home state of Hawaii, where we lived for 20 years before moving to South Florida in 2021.

After 20-plus years as an advertising creative on global brands, Jannie Matheson changed careers to real estate and is currently a Realtor with Illustrated Properties. Sellers benefit from Matheson’s creative chops because she’s trained to find a unique selling point, understand its value and connect to buyers. Professionalism and creativity are important to her success in marketing properties.
