The Greene School serves students from Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade.
The Greene School’s cross-curricular approach encourages critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration and compassion, and provides students with skills to be creators and collaborators in every subject of study.
Teachers utilize an inquiry-based classroom environment, where students develop skills to solve problems and develop solutions. They learn to collaborate and recognize failure as part of the discovery process. The academic program consists of Literacy, Math, Social Studies, Science and Foreign Language, and is combined with a broad enrichment program of Visual Arts, Music, Computer Science, Engineering, Coding, Robotics, Fitness and Wellness, Yoga, Dance, Meditation, and Mindfulness.
With two Masters-level educators in every class and small class sizes, students are presented with information based on the known learning style of each student. Personalized learning is not a cliché at The Greene School, it is a core teaching practice. Students at The Greene School whose academic needs go beyond the existing advanced curriculum may accelerate, either by subject or by grade.
The Greene School looks for high-performing students who are curious and joyful learners. The admission process involves testing and evaluations, and the process is “need blind,” –eligibility is determined independent from a family’s application for tuition assistance.
The Greene School is located at 2001 South Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.
