GATES Construction, builds a new clubhouse / recreation project at the Artistry at Palm Beach by Kolter Homes. Artistry Palm Beach is one of two master-planned communities Kolter Homes is currently developing in Palm Beach Gardens. This gated community of single-family homes showcases the company’s fresh Palm Beach Contemporary architectural style and innovative design approach. Palm Beach Gardens is also the headquarters of Kolter Homes, an affiliate of The Kolter Group, and the company develops and builds single family, townhome and active adult new home communities in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. www.kolterhomes.com Located in Palm Beach Gardens, the Artistry Palm Beach clubhouse will feature an outdoor pool deck, heated pool, cabanas, basketball court, and children’s playground. Inside, the clubhouse will include a fitness & training room with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, aerobics space and a community room for those looking to host special events. The project is slated for completion summer 2019. Architectural design will be provided by Affiniti Architects.
