Jones Foster is proud to announce that Litigation and Private Client Attorney, Kelly A. Gardner, has been appointed Chair of the Arts4All Florida - Palm Beach County (A4AFL-PBC) Steering Committee for a 2-year term. Kelly has been involved with A4AFL-PBC for several years as a member of the Fundraising Committee for the organization’s annual golf tournament, and previously served as Vice-Chair of the Steering Committee.
A4AFL-PBC is a non-profit and currently serves 1,800 Palm Beach County children and adults with disabilities by providing arts, education, and creative expression in classrooms, performance halls, and art studios. Recognized throughout the State of Florida and across the nation as a leader in comprehensive programming, the mission of A4AFL-PBC is to create a society where people with disabilities can learn through, participate in, and enjoy the arts. Earlier this year, Jones Foster was honored to serve as a sponsor of the 22nd Annual Katie Gardner Memorial Golf Tournament, the proceeds of which benefit the organization.
Kelly Gardner concentrates her practice in probate, trust and estates litigation, contested guardianship proceedings, and commercial litigation matters. She is actively involved in several professional, civic, and non-profit organizations, including the Women’s Foundation of Florida, The Florida Bar RPPTL Section, PBCBA Young Lawyers Section, and the Florida Association of Women’s Lawyers.
