MORSELIFE ANNOUNCES HEALTH CARE VETERAN AS VICE-PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (September 26, 2018) -- -- West Palm Beach-based MorseLife Health System, a nationally-recognized provider of senior health care, housing and support services, announces the appointment of Richard P. Kropp, Ed.D, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, as Vice-President of Human Resources.
In this multi-faceted role, Kropp is responsible for the development and implementation of all human resources policies and procedures, as well as recruitment, talent and professional development, and benefit management for more than 4,500 employees working for six individual operating entities under the Morse Life brand. Prior to joining the company, Kropp served as the head of human resources for leading health care providers around the country. He holds an Ed.D. in Human Resources from Boston University, and an MPS, Human Resources and Employee Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
