Hands-on educational approach to sports medicine aims to heal your body

West Palm Beach, FL, May 2, 2017– Hailing from New Orleans, LA, Dr. Lisa Boudreaux DPT, CSCS, brings her successful practice to South Florida. Her approach to sports medicine is a hands on, one-on-one educational experience. Custom programs such as the “Tune Up” and “Repair Service” aim to heal lingering injuries and teach the patient valuable techniques that will prevent these problems from recurring. Her unconventional office is an athlete’s dream -  a warehouse garage with state of the art running equipment, video technology to watch your performances, and tables for deep massage on those trouble spots.

The studio welcomes physically active adults of all levels to try this approach.  "Our strategy is to create the optimal set of circumstances so that your body can heal itself,” says Dr. Lisa, owner and a longtime athlete herself. “The body is always adapting to stimulus.  A good treatment plan minimizes irritants to the injured soft tissue, while maximizing strength and correct movement patterns to the system as a whole.”

Your service comes with a guarantee as well -  Athlete’s Tune Up and Repair promises that you will have gained some solid know-how in working smartly with your own body. Our bodies are machines that need maintenance from time to time. The Body Mechanic, Dr. Lisa, has arrived in Palm Beach County to keep you running in peak condition!
