Vi at Lakeside Village Hires Executive Chef Josh Crane as Director of Culinary Services
Vi at Lakeside Village, Lantana, a Life Plan Community, has hired Executive Chef Josh Crane as the new Director of Culinary Services. Chef Crane oversees the culinary program including menu creation and food preparation. Before joining Vi, Crane was with the Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, where he was an executive chef for 3 of Boulud’s restaurant locations and The Épicerie Commissary.  Crane, with more than 30 years of experience in the fine dining ,catering, and event sectors, is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu.
