Carvalho brings more than 15 years of experience in media buying, new client onboarding and staff development to her role at O’Donnell, where she manages the agency’s award-winning advertising and design department. She started her career in New York with the Spanish International Network/Univision, and previously anchored top-flight ad agencies in South Florida and the venerable Saatchi and Saatchi in Bermuda.
