Reichel Realty Names Veteran Broker Steve Paige Executive Director

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. –Reichel Realty & Investments announced Steve Paige, a veteran South Florida commercial real estate broker, has joined the firm as Executive Director. Paige will focus on sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties in Palm Beach County.
Paige has 30 years of experience representing both owners and tenants in transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet and topping $1 billion in value. He brings deep market insight, expertise in marketing and lease negotiations, and construction knowledge to his new post.
Prior to joining Reichel Realty, Paige, a Jupiter resident, was associated with South Florida brokerage and development firms, representing some of the region’s largest landlords and investors including Apollo Real Estate, TA Realty, JLL, Crocker, Stiles and JP Morgan. Most recently, he was with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman.
Paige, who has been recognized several times among CoStar’s Top 20 Brokers in South Florida, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with additional course work at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council. During his career, he has been active with the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, the National Association of Office & Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Economic Forum of Palm Beach County.
