THE GREENE SCHOOL SUPPORTS OPPORTUNITY OF PBC AT

ANNUAL BOOK FAIR AND READ-A-THON

WEST PALM BEACH - Students at THE GREENE SCHOOL donated books to OPPORTUNITY EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION & FAMILY CENTER at their annual BOOK FAIR on April 26, 2018 at the school’s WPB campus.

OPPORTUNITY is one of four community outreach projects The Greene School has supported this school year. The school donated books to 32 of Opportunity’s students, while also donating all of the proceeds from their annual Read-A-Thon to the organization.

The Greene School second and third grade students were excited to read the books chosen by the 4 year-old students from Opportunity when they visited the school. Students also raised $1,500.00 during the week long Read-A-Thon.

Opportunity Early Childhood Education and Family Center is one of Palm Beach's oldest charities and has been a United Way agency since its inception. Their primary focus is to serve the children of working families through the delivery of high-quality early childhood education which benefits the entire community.
