Theodore S. Kypreos Appointed to UF Law’s Law Center Association Board of Trustees

Litigation & Dispute Resolution Shareholder, Theo Kypreos, has been appointed to the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Law Center Association (LCA) Board of Trustees. He was selected by the Board’s nominating committee, led by immediate Past Chair Oscar Sanchez.

The University of Florida Law Center Association Inc. has existed for more than 40 years as a financial support organization for the Levin College of Law. The LCA Board of Trustees assists in the budgetary process, provides financial and volunteer resources, and facilitates student mentoring programs.  Theo previously served as President of the Law Alumni Council, which, in conjunction with the Law Center Association, are the primary support and advisory boards for the law school.

Theo Kypreos practices in?the areas of probate and trust litigation, trust and estate administration, guardianship law, and fiduciary litigation. As an experienced trial and appellate attorney, Theo represents corporate and individual fiduciaries, individual heirs and beneficiaries, and charitable institutions and beneficiaries.  

Theo has served in numerous leadership positions in industry and community organizations, including Past President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association (2014-2015), Co-Chair of The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee (2018-2019), and Trustee for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches (2009-Present).
