West Palm Beach, Fla. – (November 20, 2017) – West Palm Beach-based Verdex Construction has been named as an ‘Eagle Award’ winner for its High Ridge Landing Apartments project in suburban Boynton Beach. The prestigious award from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Southeast Florida Chapter was handed out at its 2017 Excellence in Construction Awards. The Eagle Award, given to best-in-class projects, comes in the category of Multifamily Housing, $5-20 Million. The award from the local chapter now allows the project to be considered for a national ABC award.

High Ridge Landing Apartments, completed in February of 2017, features eight three-story apartment buildings totaling 184 units. Amenities include a 5,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with gym and offices, pool, gazebo and four covered garages. Located at 3609 High Ridge Way, the project was completed within a 12-month window for owner, Eastwind Development LLC.
Other apartment projects underway or completed by Verdex Construction include Santorini at Renaissance Commons in Boynton Beach, Central Gardens Grand in Palm Beach Gardens, and Town Southern Apartments in Royal Palm Beach.
