For the 2nd year in a row, the Children’s Trust (a Webauthor client) has received a national Technology Innovation award from Government Technology magazine.

The first award in 2019 was for Trust Central, the system that automates the Children’s Trust processes. Data is tracked as it moves from one business process to another, and program metrics integrate nearly double the data points as previously, and produces funding strategies in under four hours. The time to execute contracts has been cut in half.

In 2020, the award was for the expansion of the Book Club which enables the seamless management and distribution of 4,000+ children’s books/month to families in Miami/Dade County.

Both Trust Central and the Book Club are built on the Webauthor FLEX technology platform.

Marden Munoz, a Data Strategist with the Children’s Trust stated: “Since 2016, we have partnered with Webauthor to build an award-winning solution that automates our core business processes. We can manage the entire lifecycle in one cohesive system - from grants applications to contracts to performance metrics. We have rebuilt our book club management system using Webauthor’s solution resulting in improved customer experience. Trust Central smoothly integrates with external systems.  All to the tune of $625,000 in annual cost avoidance!”
