Hispanic Human Resources Council (HHRC) is the longest Hispanic serving nonprofit in Palm Beach County. Established in 1977 to address the social service needs of the community, HHRC educates children and families, improves cultural awareness, and provides resources and services to a diverse community. HHRC operates two Child Development Centers (CDC), New Pines and Luciano Martinez, serving over 300 children (aged 1 year to 5 years). Both Centers are licensed by Florida’s Department of Health, a Florida state Gold Seal of Excellence school, and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) providing quality education and childcare for low-income, disadvantaged families, and children at-risk.
